All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. We automatically select the fastest and most reliable shipping route available based on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate contact details and a correct shipping address when placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address or detail, please contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of placing your order.

Handling & Shipping Time

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (after handling)

Please note that shipping times refer to transit only and do not include order processing or handling.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping (07-10 Business Days): On all orders over $128 (after discounts)
  • Economy Shipping (07-10 Business Days): Flat rate of $20 for orders under $128.
